Kimbro's Training & Consultation Services

Kimbro's Training & Consultation Services is an outsourcing office that provides training and consultation services to individuals, child care homes and centers, child placement agencies, companies, associations, parents, etc.  We provide a vast array of training services to those companies and/or individuals who need CPR/First Aid certification, training hours in child care, foster care, setting up their facilities, developing policies and procedures, and starting a new business to name a few.

We also offer consultation services to our clients that also includes a vast aray of topics.  Some of the training and consultation topics include (but is not limited to):

• Starting a Child Care Business
• Parent Handbooks
• Policies & Procedures In Child Care
• Becoming Foster Parents
• Starting a Child Placement Agency

Kimbro's Training &  Consultation Services develop all of our classes for all levels of staff and audiences that includes:

• Owners
• Administrators
• Directors
• Teachers
• Parents
• General Public

All of our training meets or exceeds the minimum standards guideline in that they include: 

• Specifically stated learning objectives
• Curriculum, that includes experiential or applied activities
• Evaluation/Assessment tools, and
• Certificate, letter or a Signed & Dated statement of successful completion

Our certificates includes all of the following information:

• Participants Name
• Date of Training
• Title or Subject of Training
• Trainer's name & Qualifications and/or the Source of the Training for self-instructional training, and
• Length of the training in hours

Verification of training hours:

Your training hours with Kimbro's Training & Consultation Services can always be verified by licensing, your child placement agency, your director or administrator at any time (with your permission). We keep hard copies of your records for 2 years. Except for CPR/First Aid Certifications, all certificates will have our seal on them. Certificates that do not have our raised seal is not valid (unless otherwise noted).
